Honduras

Hurricanes Eta and Iota brought back-to-back tragedy to Honduras in November of 2020. This piled on top of the height of the COVID 19 pandemic created a layered disaster event. One of the biggest challenges was getting clean water to remote locations.

 

Jamie went to the city of La Ceiba on the north coast with a Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) team to deliver and train on water filtration systems.
